How is this still a thing? We’re already four versions into OS X 10.11, released in September of 2015, and there are still major issues for DJs, software, and hardware with every new update. This time it’s Pioneer DJ warning users of Serato and their DDJ-controller line that the devices will not be recognized in the new update.

OS X 10.11.4 + DDJ + Serato: Not Working
Pioneer DJ has released a press notice this morning and sent out an email to DJs around the world using their products to not upgrade to the newest, latest version of Apple’s OS X operating system, 10.11.4. Here’s the full list of controllers that Pioneer says will not show up in Serato DJ if you have this latest version:
