Zelda Ocarina of time’s Gerudo Valley remixed by Hardwell

To celebrate the cultural significance of video games, Hardwell and The Game Awards have teamed for a remix of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time’s Gerudo Valley.
Hardwell joins other DJs including Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Dash Berlin and more in celebrating the powers of games by remixing video games that inspire them as artists for The Game Awards 2015.

Personally I have always been a huge fan of the Zelda games, like much other fans this specific game has always been the reason for me to buy a Nintendo game console.
When I read the news about a Hardwell Remix of a Zelda song I was really excited, but when I listened for the first time to the remix I didn’t recognise much from the game except for some fx sounds of Link.

After listening to the original sound of the game I actually heard the comparisons:

But as a fan I can tell you that the music and sound in Zelda games are often excellent.
They got a huge impact on the game, but unfortunately I can’t say that about the chosen song.
There are so many great tunes in Zelda, and then they choose this one…

Do you like this remix?
Or do you know a better Zelda song which really needs a remix!

Let us know!
